Signs and Symptoms of Breast Cancer
- Breast lump – most cancer lumps are painless and hard to feel
- Swelling of all or a part of the breast even if there is no lump to feel
- Change in breast size or shape
- Pulling in of nipple or skin indentation (nipple inversion or skin retraction)
- Spontaneous clear or blood stained nipple discharge
- Swelling in the armpit (lymph node)
- Ulceration of skin or eczema like changes around nipple
- Redness and/or thickening of breast skin
